WAC Pilates

Our Pilates studio is the only full Pilates studio in town! Our studio currently consists of multiple Reformers, Stability Chairs, Spine Correctors, Foot Correctors, Ladder Barrels, and a Cadillac. We offer private, semi-private and group classes for all fitness levels. Our professional instructors are fully certified on all apparatus through the Pilates Institute of Boulder totaling over 2,000 hours of teaching experience.

What is Pilates? Who can do Pilates?
Pilates was created by German physical fitness specialist Joseph Pilates (1880-1967). Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus, designed to simultaneously improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. The exercises are safe, low impact, and appropriate for every level of fitness and every age.
