Lena Jones has been a yogi for 9 years...she experienced her first class and was immediately hooked! Lena loves both the fitness and meditative aspects of yoga, and appreciates the good it can do for every BODY. Focusing on breathwork and postures, Lena hopes to incorporate a good flow to create body positivity, increase flexibility, and help each person find some inner peace. In her classes, you will find that she does repetitive flows and adds more movement to each posture as she goes. She's open to all experience levels, and her classes are great for experienced yogis and absolute beginners that have never been on a mat.
